Why Participate

  • Ability to attract and retain top talent in a competitive talent acquisition setting.

  • The Best Workplaces program is evaluated on the basis of the simple, FREE, confidential third party conducted Data survey. Results can be used to assess the health of your organization.
  • Companies can use the Best Workplaces logo on company materials (emails, website, ads, career site, in your office), to help spread the word about your work environment.  
  • Learn if your company is a Best Workplace, and if not, where you need to focus in the coming year.

The Process

Nominations
Any organization with more than 10 employees in the area is eligible to participate in the program. Nominate your company to participate. HR/Owner acknowledges they would like to participate in the free survey.  We provide the survey link to the company.
Employee Survey – it's free!
The Best Workplaces evaluation is done on the basis of an employee survey. The surveys can be taken online and can be completed in less than fifteen minutes. All online surveys are conducted free of charge and are confidential as to the details. Minimum 40% participation to move on.
Notification
Companies will be informed if they are named as a top Best Workplace. You will receive a summary report of your results and an invitation to our recognition event.
Recognition
In person awards event on Thursday, November 9, 2023.
